Data collected and purposes

Hanoutax only collects personal data when you contact it (by email or phone) or become a client:

  • Identity and contact data (name, position, company, email, phone): to respond to your request, propose an engagement and manage the relationship.
  • Data needed for the engagement (your company’s tax and accounting information): to perform the agreed services.
  • Browsing data: audience measurement and site security, through tools provided by the host (see “Cookies”).

Legal bases

Pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract, legitimate interest (answering requests, securing the site), and compliance with legal obligations (accounting and tax).

Retention

Exchanges with prospects are kept for a maximum of three years after the last contact. Client data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then for the applicable legal periods.

Recipients and transfers

Your data is neither sold nor disclosed. It is accessible to Hanoutax and its technical providers (website hosting and email), within the limits of their tasks. As the host (Automattic Inc.) is established in the United States, transfers outside the European Union may take place, subject to the safeguards provided by the GDPR.

The site may use cookies strictly necessary for its operation and audience-measurement cookies set by the host. You can refuse or delete them at any time in your browser settings.
