Hanoutax acts before the competent French tax office on your behalf, under a written mandate you give us.

The service

A mandate is a written agreement under which you authorise Hanoutax to carry out certain tax formalities for you. You remain liable for your taxes: Hanoutax is your mandated agent, not your fiscal representative, and therefore does not assume the joint and several liability that comes with fiscal representation. The mandate lists the formalities covered, so you keep control of your file.
