The service

Local and related direct taxes (CFE, property tax, CVAE and others) can give rise to requests for relief, reduction or capping, for example in case of an error in the base, cessation of activity, a drop in activity or a cap linked to value added. These requests must be filed within strict deadlines and properly argued.
